Damn,, the news just hit TheCrypt that ring great Alexis Arguello has been shot and killed, the Nicaraguan was a beast in the ring he won 65 of his 82 wins by KO and had some epic battles with the likes of Boom Boom Mancini, Billy Costello and Aaron Pryor among many others and was pound for pound one of the all-time greats. He also ran for mayor of Managua in 2008 and he won! Then today he was found with a gunshot wound to the heart and the police are claiming suicide.... A man who toughed it out and fought close to death multiple times and overcame all of that to become a multiple title holder/world champion and then become successful beyond boxing to just kill himself is beyond comprehension.  I mean we're talking about Nicaragua mind you there just might...just might be some sketchy shit going behind the scenes. If it isnt suicide we hope his killer is found and brought to justice. R.I.P. Alexis "The Thin Man" Arguello
